I TRAVEL

“The journeys are only the most peripheral wave of a deeper movement , like the outer circle, caused by a stone thrown into the lake.”

Sabino Chialà | PAROLE IN CAMMINO

There is a difference between moving, visiting a city, a country, taking a walk on the mountains, going on vacation and traveling. Sometimes a vacation is a travel, or vice versa.

By motorhome, train, car, bicycle, on foot, by plane. I moved from one place to another, I traveled, travel and will continue to do so. Driven by a passion fueled by curiosity and the desire for discovery, but also by the inward movement that ripples the surface of the water I am made of, and takes me somewhere else as the waves of a pebble in the pond.

I travel to penetrate the world, cultures, to know people, to get inside me. I travel because it is in the movement I perceive the differences and it is going I realize that I am inside life. Inside the world, by land and by sea.
